Packages & glassware
Choose the level of styling and finishing touches that suits your event.
What does dry hire mean?
Blanc Table provides the cart, equipment and styling included in your chosen package. Food, drinks and alcohol are supplied by you or your chosen caterer, so you stay in control of the menu and budget.
What is included with each package?
Cart Only includes the illuminated cart, wine rack, ice buckets and packs, trays and cooler. Silver adds your choice of 24 champagne or 24 wine glasses plus professional styling. Gold adds the prosecco tree with glasses, acrylic menu display, personalised A4 menu, charcuterie boards, decorative accessories and enhanced styling. Platinum adds a bespoke welcome sign, print and wooden easel.
Are glasses included?
Glassware is not included with Cart Only. Silver, Gold and Platinum include your choice of 24 champagne glasses or 24 wine glasses. Gold and Platinum also include the glasses used with the prosecco tree.
Can I add martini glasses?
Yes. 12 premium martini glasses with a martini tree can be added to the Gold or Platinum package as an optional extra.

Booking & payments
The practical details for reserving your date and completing payment.
How do I secure my date?
Complete the online booking form and choose your package and any extras. Your date is secured once the £100 non-refundable booking fee has been paid and your booking is confirmed.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining hire balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable £150 security deposit is payable 14 days before the event. It covers loss, damage and excessive cleaning and is returned after collection, subject to the cart and hire items being checked.
How long is the hire period?
Every package includes hire for up to 24 hours. Delivery and collection times are agreed with you around your event schedule.

Delivery & collection
We handle the cart from arrival through to collection.
Do you deliver, set up and collect?
Yes. Delivery, assembly, styling where included, and collection are part of every package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery within the first 15 miles of our base is included. Additional round-trip mileage beyond this area is charged at £1.50 per mile and is calculated from your venue address.
Do you travel outside Nottingham?
Yes. We can travel to venues across the UK, subject to availability and the additional mileage charge.

Setup & event day
A little preparation helps everything run smoothly on the day.
How much space does the cart need?
We recommend approximately 2.5m x 2.5m of clear, level space so the cart can be positioned, styled and used safely.
Can the cart be used outdoors?
Yes, provided the surface is firm and level and the cart is protected from adverse weather. A suitable indoor or covered backup location is strongly recommended.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
In heavy rain or high winds, the cart may need to be moved to a suitable covered area. Setup can be paused if conditions could damage the cart or make it unsafe to use.
Can I style the cart myself?
Yes. You can add your own styling and personal touches to every package. Cart Only gives you a completely blank canvas, while Silver, Gold and Platinum include increasing levels of Blanc Table styling for you to build on. Nothing may be drilled, fixed or permanently attached to the cart.

Changes & cancellations
If plans change, let us know as early as possible.
Can I move my booking to another date?
Date changes are subject to availability and approval. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event carries a £50 fee.
What happens if I cancel?
The £100 booking fee is non-refundable. For cancellations 15 days or more before the event, the booking fee is retained. For cancellations 14 days or less before the event, the remaining balance is payable unless the date is successfully rebooked. Please review the full Terms & Conditions before booking.

Custom branding
Make the cart feel completely at home within your event.
What personalised branding can I add?
Options include a Custom Cart Logo for £45 and Personalised Menu/Signage for £25. Select either option during booking and the price is added to your booking total.

Our digital guide is a separate product for confident DIY grazing.
What is The Grazing Blueprint?
It is a 36-page digital guide covering quantities, shopping, preparation, styling and setup for creating your own grazing display.
Does the guide include a Blanc Table cart booking or food?
No. The Grazing Blueprint is a separate digital purchase and does not include Luxury Event Cart Hire, ingredients or catering. After purchase, the secure download link remains valid for 7 days.
